Easter Sunrise Service

Join us Sunday, April 4th, at the beautiful Little Harbor Resort in Ruskin as we worship the Resurrection of our Lord at sunrise! We will begin at 7am (coffee will be provided!) near the Captain's Quarters building. (This is across the street from the main restaurant, on the canal.)
Please bring your own chairs.

We will also have our 10:15 worship service that morning at Kids R' Kids.

Little Harbor welcomes you to attend their breakfast buffet beginning at 8am for only $8.95 per person.

Christ Community Church is offering a class on Sunday mornings designed to explain who and what this church is all about. This class is divided into three one hour sessions. We will meet at 9:00 am on Feb. 28th , March 7th and March 14th. There will be child care provided for the children. This is the first step towards becoming a member and getting more connected at Christ Community.

Progressive Dinner

A few months ago we had a progressive dinner and it was a blast! Since then everyone has been asking when we will be doing the next one and we have now picked a date. It will be on Saturday March 6th. We have the first course to be held at the Mays home, the main course to be hosted by McCullums, that leaves the last course available if anyone is interested in hosting that course or would just like more information on the progressive dinner please contact Sandi Bills at sbills4@gmail.com

Haiti Relief

Last Sunday, we spoke about the tragedy in Haiti. If you would like to donate to the relief effort but are unsure about where to do it or that the funds will be used correctly, we have two ministries that are currently in Haiti and we know are stretching every penny to the max. New Member Class

Christ Community Church will have a membership class after church on Sunday, October 25th. We plan to meet at the home of Darryl and Stephanie Flatt. First, we will eat lunch together at their house. We will then have a basic introduction to Christ Community Church, designed to explain who and what Christ Community is all about and answer questions of those who participate.

Beginning on Sunday, September 6th, we will be meeting for Sunday morning worship at a new location. Instead of meeting at Apollo Beach Elementary School, we will begin meeting at Kids 'R' Kids Preschool: 13151 Kings Lake Drive - Gibsonton, FL. If driving North on 41, turn right on Big Bend Road. Kings Lake Drive will be on your left and you will see the building ahead. Stuff the Bus

Help local kids and teachers going back to school this year by donating school supplies! We will be collecting items at church on Sunday, August 9th. All items collected through the Stuff the Bus project will be distributed evenly between schools in South Hillsborough County. From erasers to backpacks, or anything in between, your donation is appreciated!

Wednesday Night Dinner and Veggietales VBS

Join us this Wednesday night (August 12th) for the summer's final VBS and dinner! We will be meeting at Pastor Charlie and Coco's house at 6pm. The dinner "theme" is picnic and BBQ. After dinner, the kids will once again participate in their "Pirates Why Can't Do Anything" activities, the babies and toddlers will receive childcare, and the grown-ups will spend the night fellowshipping and enjoying good food! We hope to see you there...those who do not have children are also welcome!

Living in the Apollo Beach/Ruskin area we are blessed to live on God's beautiful Tampa Bay and we love it. We often take fishing trips, go kayaking, or cruise down the Little Manatee.
